Meet Alli Meritt

Hi! I am Alli Meritt, I founded Alliance ADHD Coaching in 2025 because I felt called to support those navigating the real-life challenges of ADHD. It is my mission to educate, reduce stigma, and help improve the lives of those with ADHD and their families.

Having ADHD myself, I have first hand knowledge of the struggles and lasting effects of ADHD, and also a keen awareness of how everyone's ADHD is different.

I am a wife to an amazing man, and mother to two incredible teenage girls. I bring over 20 years of professional and leadership experience at a Fortune 40 company. I bring empathy and care to each relationship and I have always been a good listener. I think these qualities help me stand out as an excellent coach.  I am a certified Life Coach and am currently pursuing an advanced certification for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I completed intensive training and mentoring on ADHD Coaching through the ICF Accredited program offered by the incredible International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTcenter).

Why Coaching Matters to Me

“As someone who has always known I have ADHD, I understand firsthand how difficult and misunderstood it can be. It wasn’t until the last few years that I truly began to understand my own ADHD, and that knowledge changed everything.

it’s still surprising how widely ADHD is misunderstood, even by those who have it. My goal is to change that, one conversation and one client at a time.

I believe deeply that people with ADHD are not broken. With the right skills, strategies, and support, it is absolutely possible to navigate challenges and build a life that works for you. ADHD coaching allows me not only to support individuals and families, but also to demystify ADHD and advocate for those who are often misunderstood.

Everyone’s ADHD journey is personal and shaped by lived experience. Out of the box solutions often don't work, or aren't sustainable, because they are not tailored to fit properly.  Coaching is a bridge between the challenges of ADHD and having a thriving, connected life."

About Alliance ADHD Coaching

Alliance ADHD Coaching exists to help individuals and families better understand ADHD and build practical skills to navigate it with confidence.

ADHD impacts executive functions like attention, focus, task initiation, and follow-through. It's not a focus problem, or a hyper-activity problem. It's a regulation problem, and it is caused by differences in biology and chemistry in the brain.

At Alliance ADHD Coaching, we focus on turning insight into action and knowledge into confidence. Through personalized coaching, practical tools, and supportive resources clients learn strategies that work for their unique brain, not against it.
