Why Coaching Matters to Me

“As someone who has always known I have ADHD, I understand firsthand how difficult and misunderstood it can be. It wasn’t until the last few years that I truly began to understand my ADHD, and that knowledge changed everything.

I believe deeply that people with ADHD are not broken. With the right skills, strategies, and support, it is absolutely possible to navigate challenges and build a life that works for you. ADHD coaching allows me not only to support individuals and families, but also to demystify ADHD and advocate for those who are often misunderstood.

Everyone’s ADHD journey is personal and shaped by lived experience. And yet, it’s still surprising how widely ADHD is misunderstood, even by those who have it. My goal is to change that, one conversation and one client at a time.”

About Alliance ADHD Coaching

Alliance ADHD Coaching exists to help individuals and families better understand ADHD and build practical skills to navigate it with confidence.

ADHD impacts executive functions like attention, focus, task initiation, and follow-through. At Alliance ADHD Coaching, we focus on turning insight into action. Through personalized coaching, practical tools, and supportive resources such as worksheets and videos, clients learn strategies that work for their unique brain, not against it.
