How does Coaching work?

Personalized ADHD Coaching

Coaching with Alliance is a supportive, judgment-free partnership designed to help you understand how your brain works and learn practical strategies that fit your life.

Instead of forcing yourself into systems that weren’t built for you, we work together to create structure, habits, and approaches that align with your strengths.

​Living with ADHD can feel exhausting. At Alliance ADHD Coaching, we understand that struggle, and we believe it doesn’t define your potential. Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”, it’s about strengthening what’s possible.

Coaching is personal and takes into account what makes you... you! 

You are unique. From your lived experiences, your environments (home, school, work), to how you perceive your reality, to your ADHD symptoms and triggers and the goals you have for yourself.

Coaching focuses on all these aspects, so you can take confident action to unlock your potential and fuel real progress in your career, relationships, or personal growth.

Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, a coach walks alongside you with powerful questions, support, and accountability to help you maximize your potential. You bring the vision, and coaching helps you bring it to life.

What Coaching Looks Like:
From Initial Meeting to Ongoing Support

Step 1:

Complementary Consultation

$0 for 30-minutes

This initial session is a meet & greet with your coach, Alli Meritt, to explore how our coaching approach can support your journey. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about coaching or the process.​

  • 30-minute Meet & Greet between Coach and potential Client

  • A time for client to ask questions about coaching

  • Opportunity for both parties to make sure coaching is a good fit​

  • Session is held over Zoom virtual meeting

 

Step 2:

Design & Strategy Session

$250 for 90-minutes

This alignment session is designed to set the foundation for a powerful coaching relationship by establishing agreements on how coaching can best support your unique needs.

  • A 90-minute deep-dive conversation to clarify your goals, challenges, and priorities

  • Align on how coaching can work to best support you

  • Establish focus, direction and expectations before ongoing coaching begins

  • Clearly outline what coaching is and isn't

  • Ensure coaching is tailored, not generic

  • Review next steps to enroll in a coaching program

  • Session is held over Zoom virtual meeting

 

Step 3:

Choose the Coaching Path

$150 per 50-minute session weekly (typically 16 sessions)

Coaching programs are designed to meet you where you are, to support you in develop skills and strategies for managing ADHD-related challenges, and improving your daily life.

  • Receive personalized ADHD coaching tailored to your needs and goals

  • Coaching can include discovery exercises and assessments such: ADHD Life Balance Wheel and Core Values Assessment

  • All coaching packages also include access to ever expanding Member Resource through the duration of your coaching (blog posts, free downloadable resources, and classes (coming soon).

  • Sessions are held over Zoom virtual meeting and are 50-minutes in length

 

Options include:​

  • 16-Week Coaching Package - 16-Weekly Sessions (Most Popular)
    Ideal for meaningful change, habit-building, and sustained momentum

  • Intensive Coaching - 8 Sessions in One Month, then 8-Weekly sessions for Two Months
    Designed for times of urgency, transition, or high stress when immediate support is needed

  • Maintenance Package - 2 Sessions a Month (Returning clients only)
    Ongoing support and accountability, typically meeting every other week

 

You’re never locked into a one-size-fits-all approach. Coaching is flexible and collaborative.

Note:  You cannot book a Coaching Package until you completed the Design & Strategy Session.

What We Focus On During Coaching

Goal-Focused Coaching

Work toward specific outcomes such as improving focus, navigating a transition, strengthening relationships, or creating structure and follow-through.
