How does Coaching work?
Coaching is a personalized partnership that helps you think more clearly, uncover answers that work for you based on your goals and your own lived experience, and helps you take confident action to unlock your potential and fuel real progress in your career, relationships, or personal growth.
You bring the vision, coaching helps you make it real. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, a coach walks alongside you with powerful questions, support, and accountability to help you maximize your potential.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”, it’s about strengthening what’s possible in you. Maintenance Package - 8 Sessions Over 4 Months (Returning clients only)

Intensive Coaching - 8 Sessions in One Month
Designed for times of urgency, transition, or high stress when immediate support is needed
