What is the process to start Coaching?

Each coaching engagement should start with the Initial Complimentary Consultation* - so Coach and Client can get to know one another, have any questions answered, and make sure coaching and coaching relationship are right for the Client.

From there the client will book and schedule a 90-minute Design & Strategy Session* to design how coaching will work best.

  • This allows the Coach and Client to establish how they will work together, to get clarity on the Client's goals, and what they are looking for in the coaching engagement.

  • The cost for this 90-min appointment is $250.

If the Client decides to proceed, they will Enroll in a Coaching Program. There are many packages available based on individual needs. Once enrolled client will sign a Contract and schedule their coaching sessions* using an online booking system.

The most common approach is a 16-Week Coaching Program* which includes:

  • Sessions are 50-minutes, scheduled by the Client through the website

  • Sessions typically occur weekly, although maintenance packages may vary

  • Coaching can include discovery exercises and assessments such: ADHD Life Balance Wheel, Life Balance Wheel, and the Core Values Assessment

  • Also includes access to additional Member Resources such as blog posts, free downloadable resources, and classes (coming soon).
