What is ADHD?
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental variation characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity that interfere with daily functioning and development. This complex condition affects both children and adults, impacting various aspects of their lives, including academic performance, work productivity, and social relationships.


What is ADHD Coaching?
Coaching is a service that supports clients with navigating all aspects of their life with the purpose of ensuring forward moment towards client's goals.
ADHD Coaching has the added benefit of a coach who understands the holistic effects ADHD and related symptoms can have in a client's life and seeks to support the whole person.
How does Coaching work?
Each Coaching engagement starts with a 90-minute Strategy and Planning Session.

This allows coach and client to establish how they will work together, to get clarity on the client's goals, and what they are looking for in the coaching engagement.

The cost for this 90-min appointment is $275.

If we decide to proceed with ongoing coaching, the most common approach is a 12-week Coaching Program which includes:

12 50-minute sessions scheduled on the website by the client by the client

Sessions should be weekly, but may take a few extra week when sickness of holidays occur

Coaching can include discovery exercises and assessments such: ADHD Life Balance Wheel, Life Balance Wheel, and the Core Values Assessment

Investment is $150 a session, for a total of $1800.

This includes access to the Member Resources such as blog posts and recorded classes.
